Strong Mind and Body Through Yoga

yogaStrong Mind and Body Through Yoga (K-2nd, 3rd-5th, 6th-8th, 9th-12th)

Join us for weekly one hour yoga sessions designed to strengthen your body and mind! Throughout the 8-week session, students will not only learn about yoga as a form of exercise, but also focus on the importance of breathing and work on enhancing mind-body awareness. With a 6 to 1 student to teacher ratio, Club Xcite’s RYT-200 Yoga Teachers will theme each class around a skill, and will work on building awareness and confidence into that skill through specifically sequenced yoga poses. These skills include building self-confidence, flexible thinking, being present, learning through failure, reaching your highest potential, positive thinking, and more!
