Junior Counselor Program

The Junior Counselor Job program in San Diego is for teens and young adults who are interested in developing job skills. The program will interview, hire and train the individuals participating in this program to become camp counselors. In this program teens get real life experience of having responsibilities, getting paid for their work and benefit from the increased self-esteem and confidence that comes with having a job. Simultaneously they are in a nurturing environment where ClubXcite Staff members can support them in doing their best, following their job description and empower them through positive role modeling.
