Overview:
Kevin Lo has been with ClubXcite since September 2011. He is an enthusiastic and focused Mentor and Tutor. He has been working as an Instructor at our After School Enrichment Programs and has done a fantastic job!
Education: Currently studying Developmental Psychology at University of California, San Diego.
Experience: I have volunteered at libraries back in San Jose, CA, my hometown, where I taught and helped children ages 15 and younger on science projects such as creating electrical currents and simple mixtures of corn starch and cold water to show an example of simple molecular structures. I am currently working with ClubXcite's Mechanical Builders after school Enrichment Program.
Hobbies & Skills: I enjoy biking, swimming, running, and basically any sport that involves fun and healthy exercise. Also, I am capable of speaking Chinese, Vietnamese, and English fluently. I also enjoy playing the guitar whenever I have free time.
Why ClubXcite? I believe Clubxcite is a very generous program. It has, and will, provide me with the help to grow and learn more as a student studying developmental psychology, but most importantly it provides the opportunity to help children with special needs. I am glad to be a part of Clubxcite, and I hope to help children with special needs, just as Clubxcite has helped me.
